budget verification with exisiting missionaries

A new budget is requested each year from every missionary due to changing economies and the valuation of the dollar. We have a responsibility to our missionaries to see that they are funded properly and we need to be good stewards of that which has been entrusted to us.

ensure that the missionary is adequately caring for his family. Does he have health and life insurance, a retirement fund, etc.?

When we started asking for budgets, we sought to make it simple and had them send it utilizing whatever format they had it for their agency.

約書亞記 4:2-7

主的恩典樣樣都要數。

神拯救以色列人離開埃及，進入迦南美地，其間曾過紅海、礦野漂流40年，及至過約旦河，神著約書亞吩咐12支派﹕每一支派要扛一塊石頭，在他們住宿的地方立為記號，讓子孫都能記念神的作為。

上帝在我們的家庭或生命中都有恩典臨在，我們曾否數算，並且記錄下來代代相傳記念神在我們生命或家族中的作為呢﹖

我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇

你們要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。 ~詩46:10

以前已經很喜歡這金句，特別是想停下來或者躲懶的時候。當人忙、茫的時候，不知道如何是好，容易找錯方向。不如停下來觀看神的作為，看看衪如何引領我們。去了聯會宣教聚會後，發現原來自己一向忽略了詩篇46:10後兩句，具有普世宣教的意味。是的，人的工作有限，不是我們可以為神做甚麼，是神給我們有機會參與在衪的計劃當中。耶和華的名必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
